All Users Terms of Service

Welcome to Tailbill

These Terms of Service govern how you and your team access Tailbill's multi-tenant invoicing, approvals, and audit tooling. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you are authorized to bind your organization and that you will comply with these terms.

Service Use

• Tailbill is provided for lawful business use only. You remain responsible for the accuracy of invoices, approvals, and documents you create or upload.
• Do not share credentials. You must keep MFA and device security controls enabled where offered. Promptly revoke access for departed users.
• Tenant isolation is enforced; you may only access data that belongs to your tenant or tenants that explicitly authorized you.

Data Protection

• Tailbill processes only the data needed to provide the service. You must not upload special-category data unless required for invoicing or compliance.
• Personal data is processed under your instructions. You must provide lawful notices to your end users and counterparties.
• Retention: financial records may be retained as required by tax and accounting laws. You are responsible for exporting data you need before closing your account.

Security & Availability

• Tailbill applies layered security, audit logging, and role-based access controls. You agree to report suspected incidents to Tailbill support without delay.
• Planned maintenance and incidents may impact availability; critical notices will be posted in-app or via email.

Billing & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed per the price shown at checkout or agreed in writing. You authorize Tailbill to charge the payment method on file until you cancel.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply based on your billing location.

Compliance & Audit Trail

• Actions in Tailbill may be logged for security and compliance. OTP approvals and audit reports include the information needed to verify provenance.
• Do not use Tailbill to store marketing consents; keep marketing opt-ins separate from these Terms.

Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time; Tailbill may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, or non-payment.
• Upon termination, access will cease and data may be deleted after retention obligations are met.
